VitalRecover was built by someone who spent years struggling with heroin addiction. Not someone who read about it. Not someone who studied it from the outside. Someone who lived it — the fear, the shame, the desperation of trying to find help while your world is falling apart.
When you're in that moment — when a family is searching at 2 AM, or someone finally decides they're ready — the last thing anyone needs is confusing search results, misleading information, or a directory full of dead links. They need real options, clearly presented, from a source that actually understands what's at stake.
That's what this is. VitalRecover is a free, independent treatment center directory built to help people find real help, fast. We list verified addiction treatment facilities across the United States — inpatient, outpatient, detox, sober living, dual diagnosis — and we make it easy to compare programs, check insurance acceptance, and take the next step.
What We Do
We maintain a curated directory of addiction treatment centers across 30 states and 183 cities. Every listing includes treatment types, accreditation status, insurance information, and direct contact details. We don't make treatment recommendations — we give people the information they need to make their own informed decision.
Our directory is free to search and free to use. We earn revenue through clearly labeled featured placements and advertising from treatment facilities. This is always disclosed, and it never influences which facilities appear in our directory or how we present information about them.
What We Believe
Finding treatment shouldn't be the hardest part of getting help. People in crisis deserve clear, honest, accessible information. Families trying to help someone they love deserve a resource they can trust. Treatment facilities doing good work deserve visibility alongside the people who need them most.
